Studio Program Manager (Tokyo)

• Plan and manage acceleration and co-creation programs from kickoff to Demo Day.

• Source, screen, and support startups aligned with program themes and partner needs.

• Serve as a key point of contact for startups, corporate partners, mentors, investors, and other ecosystem stakeholders.

• Facilitate business matching and collaboration opportunities between startups and corporate partners.

• Plan and execute events, workshops, networking sessions, and other program-related activities.

• Manage program logistics, including scheduling, stakeholder communication, documentation, and progress reporting.

• Support program-related fund activities, including fundraising.

• Engage with potential investors and LPs to explore funding opportunities for participating startups.

• 潜在的な投資家やLPとの連携を通じて、参加スタートアップへの資金調達機会の創出 

Qualifications & Experience 

• Around 5 years of experience in accelerator program operations, startup support, corporate innovation, business development, venture capital, event planning, or a related field. 

• Strong interest in startups, open innovation, venture building, and investment trends. 

• Excellent project management, event planning, stakeholder communication, and organizational skills. 

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. 

• Native-level Japanese business proficiency and strong English communication skills, both spoken and written. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience in startup investment, venture capital, corporate innovation, accelerator/incubator programs, or new business development. 

• Experience working with Japanese corporates, startups, investors, mentors, or ecosystem partners. 

• Familiarity with emerging technology and innovation areas such as AI, sports/entertainment, mobility, healthcare, food/agriculture, and sustainability, etc.
